The view over downtown Wayzata & Lake Minnetonka was magnificent, but the apartment look of the condo was a long ways from being the vision of the new owners. Completely remodeled to accommodate a retirement lifestyle. Professional-style galley kitchen, a cherry paneled office/den, marble master bath and an extremely well detailed living room turned this into one of our favorite condo renovations.  Project Architect: Andrew Porth
