A rare combination. A company small enough to provide personal attention and large enough to handle the most demanding remodeling or new construction projects. A business where words like honest, trustworthy, professional, results-oriented are at the heart of the operation.
Waldenwood was founded on the philosophy of providing a unique combination of abilities not commonly found in the industry...skilled craftspeople...high standards of ethics and integrity...a strong sense of design...and extraordinary commitment to serving our clients.
Our mission is to present our clients, with an exceptional design and construction experience, which we call Signature Service.

Gaetan Gilard, carpenter, has been with Waldenwood for over 15 years, joining us shortly after leaving his native France. Recently he petitioned the Waldenwood management to celebrate Bastile Day as one of our official company holidays.
Suzanne Smith, bookkeeper, is really the person on the staff who everyone salutes (she writes the paychecks). She has a background in business and accounting, as well as a Medical Assistant Certificate. Suzanne has been doing the accounting for Waldenwood for more than a decade.
Jim Miller, Director of Operations, decided to have some fun working for Waldenwood after retiring from decades of being a school principal. Jim often can be found tele-commuting from the Gulf coast of Florida during the winter months, directing from afar special projects (such as the Remodelers Showcase) and the weekly financial staff meeting.
Tom Ahmann, Director of Finance, is a Waldenwood remodeling client turned financial head honcho. With an accounting and management background, Tom not only develops the Waldenwood financial tools but together with Jim, monitors all of the financial aspects of the company.
