From time to time, Waldenwood sponsors free interior design seminars taught by our award winning in-house interior designer, Catherine Harrington.

Topics include subjects such as lighting, color, and accessories. Seminars are announced in the Waldenwood E-News and Notes (sign up available on home page).

Catherine Harrington has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design. Before joining Waldenwood in 2006, she was a senior interior designer for Gabberts. She has also designed for Towne and Country, Ethan Allen, and Habersham of Grand Traverse. Catherine has owned her own design company, has been an instructor for Century College, and is the President Elect of the MN Chapter of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). Catherine is the recipient of numerous awards from ASID, has written articles for several magazines and is involved in many goodwill volunteer projects. Her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree is from Kent State University.
